Rotarian of the Day: Tom Allen

Tom Allen graduated from Vinita High School in 1961. He majored in Business Administration at Rockhurst College in Kansas City, MO. Tom and his wife, Sharon, have four children: Cory, Blake, Brooke, and Chase. They also have seven grandchildren. The Allen’s are active in the First United Methodist Church of Vinita, and own and operate several grocery stores – including Carter’s in Vinita.

Today’s Program

We get to be entertained by the Vinita Drama Department. They will be doing a sample from their upcoming play “The Jungle Book” The entire production will be available to the public on Friday, April 24 at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 25 at 3:00 p.m. The curtain will rise at 12:30. Come early for the good seats and get a little culture from our youth.

Breaking News…the youths will not be able to make it so Lowell, Jack and Jack will be singing some Peter, Paul and Mary songs with Lowell playing Mary.
