ROD and Weekly programs.
Please be sure to note your ROD date and get me an updated bio and your program particulars as early as possible. I need this at least one week in advance.
Note new color, same message.
Thought for the Day….
Less than 3% of the water found on earth is fresh! Of that amount more than 60% is trapped in glaciers, 30% is located underground, and just 3% can be tapped from lakes and rivers. If you could fit all of the world’s water into a gallon jug, the amount of safe water available for human consumption would equal about 1 tablespoon. This make our water well project seem very needed.
Opportunities to Serve
Please mark your calendars. Saturday, June 6th, it is the “do over” for the rained out City Wide Cleanup. Chamber parking lot at 9:00 a.m. Usually done in a couple of hours. The more we have the quicker we finish.
That is this Saturday! Let’s have a big turnout!!

Today’s Program
Today’s speaker will be Keith Green. He will give us an update on the paddlefish program. This was a very interesting presentation last year and if you missed that one do not miss this one. This is amazing stuff.
Reminder:
This month’s Board meeting will be Thursday, June 4
At Wilcox and Jones instead of Friday, June 5th so all you golfers can play in the Chamber Classic Golf Tournament.

If you have not already, check out this month’s Rotarian Magazine. It contains the annual photo contest winners. They are at least National Geographic quality photos. They are all very moving but the winning photo has a timeless message that sometimes seems a long way off………..
